Complete Turnkey Onshore Power Supply (OPS) and Cold Ironing Solutions

Onshore Power Supply (OPS) and Cold Ironing Solutions represent a significant, sustainable, and highly effective way of achieving zero emissions at port along with fuel savings. It reduces vessel emissions while at berth, minimizes noise and air pollution, and helps lower maintenance and non‑compliance costs. In line with IMO sustainable development goals and government emission norms, OPS enables vessels to use alternative maritime power, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Our shore power and cold ironing solutions are offered as a complete turnkey package – from consultation and feasibility assessment, through detailed engineering, class coordination, and material procurement, to installation, commissioning, and trials. With customized designs tailored to operational requirements, Onshore Power Supply connection systems can be installed even when vessels are afloat, making it ideal for offshore or remote locations.
Our experienced team is ready to partner with you. Let's redefine maritime innovation for iAMP-CRD®, transforming challenges into success.

iAMP-CRD is Integri Marine's complete turnkey Onshore Power Supply (OPS) / Alternative Marine Power (AMP) solution for vessels at berth. It enables ships to connect to shore-based electrical power, shutting down their auxiliary diesel generators and eliminating all port-stay emissions. The solution is delivered as a full package covering consultation, feasibility, detailed engineering, class coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning, and sea trials.
An OPS system includes a shore-based power connection panel, high-voltage or low-voltage switchgear, a power transformer (for voltage and/or frequency conversion), a Cable Management System (CMS) for deploying the heavy shore cable, and a Shore Connection Control Panel (SCCP) aboard the vessel. The vessel's main switchboard is modified with a changeover panel to accept shore power in place of generator output. Integri Marine supplies and installs all components as a turnkey package.
Yes. A key advantage of Integri Marine's iAMP-CRD solution is its afloat installation capability. The vessel-side retrofit can be carried out while the ship remains operational and afloat, without the need for dry docking. This minimises out-of-service time and reduces overall project costs significantly.
By replacing auxiliary diesel generator operation with shore power, OPS eliminates essentially all exhaust emissions from the vessel during its port stay — including nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulphur oxides (SOx), carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), and particulate matter (PM). This improves air quality in port cities and helps vessel operators comply with IMO, EU ETS, FuelEU Maritime, and port authority emission requirements.
Yes. Integri Marine coordinates all class approvals for iAMP-CRD installations with major classification societies including DNV, ABS, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's Register, and ClassNK. All engineering documentation, material certifications, and installation procedures are prepared and submitted in accordance with the applicable class rules for HVSC (IEC/ISO/IEEE 80005-1) and LVSC (IEC/ISO/IEEE 80005-3) systems.
