Integri Marine provides a full range of electrical automation and control services for ships including system servicing, troubleshooting, reactivation and refurbishment, main switchboard upgradation, obsolete breaker re-engineering, fire detection system installation and servicing, communication and PA system support, control and alarm monitoring modifications, cold ironing / shore power turnkey solutions, short circuit analysis, and cable laying for ship-shore turnkey projects.
Cold ironing (also called Alternative Marine Power or Shore Power) allows a vessel to shut down its auxiliary diesel generators while at berth and instead draw electrical power from the port's shore-based grid. This eliminates NOx, SOx, CO2, and particulate emissions from the vessel during port stays. Integri Marine provides complete turnkey cold ironing solutions covering HVSC (High Voltage Shore Connection) and LVSC (Low Voltage Shore Connection) systems, including all design, installation, class coordination, and commissioning.
MSB (Main Switchboard) upgradation involves modernising a vessel's primary electrical distribution system to improve safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. This may include replacing obsolete circuit breakers, adding arc flash protection, upgrading busbars, integrating new instrumentation, and reconfiguring power management systems. Integri Marine carries out complete MSB upgradation projects with full engineering documentation and class approval.
Yes. Integri Marine specialises in reactivating and refurbishing obsolete shipboard electrical and automation systems — including legacy PLCs, SCADA platforms, alarm monitoring systems, and control panels — where OEM support is no longer available. We perform system audits, reverse-engineer control logic, source compatible replacement components, and re-commission systems to full operational status.
Integri Marine designs and installs shore power systems in compliance with IEC/ISO/IEEE 80005-1 (HVSC above 1 kV) and IEC/ISO/IEEE 80005-3 (LVSC up to 1 kV), as well as IMO MEPC.1/Circ.869 and applicable port authority specifications. Our solutions support frequency conversion (50/60 Hz), voltage transformation, and safe disconnect interlocking, ensuring compatibility with both vessel and port infrastructure.
